Sam Graham played reserve grade football for Carlton in 2000.

Graham was originally recruited from Leopold via TAC Cup team the Geelong Falcons. He was playing back at Leopold when he was called up to play reserve grade football for the Blues. He had also played at Avondale Heights. Graham was the brother of Geelong's Ben Graham, and like Ben was a tall key position player.

He didn't play a senior game for Carlton.
