Carlton were to play St.Kilda at the Junction Oval?
Saturday's Sporting Globe said the match was called off because of the muddy condition of the ground.
The results of four other U19 matches were published.
The seniors match Round 7, 1949 took place on the Junction Oval. There was no mention of the ground conditions in the Globe's match report, perhaps the U19s were to play elsewhere?
