Mark Lambertini played reserve grade football for Carlton in 1998. Lambertini was a fast mobile rover .

Lambertini was originally recruited from Ovens and Murray League club, Myrtleford after playing with them he headed to Western Australia and played with WAFL club Perth. He came back to Victoria and was playing with his original club Myrtleford when he was called up to play reserve grade football for the Blues. Lambertini won the competition's best and fairest award, the Morris Medal in 1998 whilst playing for Myrtleford. He also later played for Lower Plenty in the Northern Football League.

He didn't play a senior game for Carlton.
