Richard Stubbs played reserve grade football for Carlton in 1995, including kicking a goal for us in the 'Big 3 Challenge Cup' that commenced the season out at Waverley.

Stubbs had originally been used as a top-up player for St Kilda reserves in 1992 and 1994. He was originally recruited from Tyabb and later played with Hawthorn reserves. He was playing at VFA Club Oakleigh when he was called up to play reserve grade football for the Blues.

He didn't play a senior game for Carlton.
