Game Review

The Blues would win this shoot-out at Arden Street, taking the game by 14 points. Key forward Jack Wrout kicked five goals, and Carlton climbed to third on the ladder.
Best on the ground, Blues' full back Bob Chitty from the teeth of goal initiated a coast to coast Carlton goal in three kicks via Ken Baxter and Jack Wrout.

At the end of this round Carlton were in 3rd spot on the ladder with a percentage of 114.7.
