Game Review

Carlton enjoyed this amazing come from behind victory over 6th placed Geelong down at Kardinia Park. Behind for the entirety of the game, the Blues sprang to life and kicked 6 goals to 1 to eliminate the 28 point deficit at three quarter time and take the game. The Blues were helped by Geelong's poor conversion rate in front of the goals.

Carlton were in 4th place with 6 wins from 9 rounds. The hapless Hawks in their new yellow and brown striped jumpers were yet to win a game.
