Brooks played against St.Kilda on the St.Kilda C.G.

This same team, with the exception of Brooks played Richmond on 20 July. William Mears was in the team on that day. A team photograph of that side has been obtained. We believe it is the Richmond game as newspaper reports mention the side was photographed prior to play. However, there is a possibility it could be the team that played St.Kilda. A poor quality picture of a player has been placed on Mears bio page. If anyone disputes that this is not Mears please contact Blueseum.

Brooks played against South Melbourne on the Lake Oval.
