Willie Pepper played U/19's football for Carlton from 1984 to 1985. Pepper was a talented aboriginal rover who originally hailed from Drouin. He later attended University High School in Parkville in 1985 to be closer to the Club and its facilities.
He did not manage a Senior game for Carlton.
