Melbourne Juniors, a club from the Carlton area, formerly called the Recreation Football Club and has won three premierships in lower grades.They play at Croxton Park.Northcote have a new ground, the Northcote Park.
Rose of Northcote also play at Croxton Park.
All 10 clubs are playing on enclosed grounds.
"Carlton Juniors were a close third during the past season, and are training very hard, and getting into good working order for the coming fray.
They are greatly supported by their seniors, and have also included in their team all the leading lights of the Parkville F.C., and, judging by the scene of bustle at the training-room they intend making things hum this season. "

Carlton Junior's old captain Edie Robertson played the game of his life against Coburg.
Norman Gilchrist has been appointed skipper and Jimmy Lovelace vice-captain.
Councillor H. V. Hennessy has promised a gold medal for the best all-round man in the Carlton ranks this season.
Carlton Juniors membership tickets to be issued next week.

The recent smoke night held by the Carlton Juniors was a great success. Amongst those present were Councillor D. V. Hennessy, Messrs. T. Malcolm, W. H. Leonard, H. Drake and E. Clarke.the last named gentleman representing the V.J.A.
