New Competition

We have a new competition on the Blueseum and the prize is a copy of Miles Wilks' wonderful book 'Grand Final Champions'. This competition is easy to enter, simply send your answer to the following question as well as your email address using this link.

The question is:

Which Carlton player was given the tagging job on John Platten in the 1987 grand final?

Entries have to be in by midnight on the 24th of December, only correct entries that provide an email address are eligible to win. The winner will be randomly drawn and announced on the 31st of December. The winner receives a copy of the book 'Grand Final Champions' by Miles Wilks.

Stay tuned for further competitions on the Blueseum.

Miles Wilks has written about some of the champions of that one day in September. Of course this means quite a few Carlton players are in the book. In fact eight Blues are featured, including Serge Silvagni, John Goold, Barry Armstrong, Peter Francis, Alex Marcou, Wayne Harmes, David Glascott and Greg Williams.
This book includes exclusive interviews with over 30 players and rare photographs from the players own archives. A great read for Carlton supporters and AFL enthusiasts alike.

You can find the book HERE or at Melbourne Sports Books.
