"Dave Scott ('The Almanac') was at the annual meeting of the Carlton Football Club on Friday night, the first time in 10 years. At one time he used to be a player, but was never a great success. He only played a couple of seasons, and then became a 'barracker,' but he is afraid he is getting too old to be even any good at that now. He urged all those who could not play to raise the enthusiasm of the favorite by plenty of 'barrack.'
