2. Justin Berry (Cranbourne)
Age: 30. Height: 179cm. Weight: 77kg
ANOTHER All-Australian at last year's ACFC. Playmaker Berry loves the big stage. He kicked the match-winning goal in the Mornington Peninsula Nepean league's two-point triumph over Ovens and Murray in this year's interleague battle and booted four goals in a best-on-ground performance in the VCFL's loss to the VAFA. The small forward, and a former Frankston VFL player, is a defender's nightmare. He has booted 47 goals for Cranbourne this season, after kicking 55 and winning the club's best-and-fairest last year, and hasn't lost any of his pace despite his age. Mornington Peninsula Nepean interleague coach Paul Kennedy said Berry was "the Michael Jordan of country footy. "Michael Jordan used to say that when the game was on the line, he wanted the ball in his hands, Kennedy said. "There's no doubt that at the peak of his career he was a better footballer than a lot of guys that played league footy.''
