Game Review
The previously undefeated Blues travelled down to Arden Street to suffer their first loss of the season. The Blues were blown away in the third quarter with a seven goals to nil outcome that sealed their fate for the day.
League leader Carlton suffered its first defeat of the season to third-placed North Melbourne in a round which brought few shocks. The Blues failed to score goals in the first and third term and its small men, around which its game is centred, were well eclipsed. - Football Record.
