Shane Snibson was on the Carlton List for the 1995 season.
He was originally recruited from Sebastapol via the TAC Cup team the Ballarat Rebels U/18's. Snibson, a rugged redhead and full-back for North Ballarat, played in the VFL representative side in 1999. He missed the 2001 and 2002 seasons with a shocking case of osteitis pubis, his last game being the 2000 Grand Final. He started his road to recovery by playing with the North Ballarat reserves mid 2003.
Snibson didn't manage to play a senior game.
