Jane Lange is described as one of the most talented female coaches in the game. She not only coached the highly successful Darebin Falcons to their fourth straight premiership this season, she also played in the side as well. A teacher by trade, Lange will no doubt help create a learning environment for the playing group and set a high standard around the Club.
