Tuddenham, the former Pie and son of Collingwood player Des, came over to Carlton for the 1992 season through the 1992 Pre-Season Draft from Collingwood.

Tuddenham played 13 reserve games for 19 goals for Carlton during 1992 with his best return being in Round 20 against Sydney when he scored 5 goals. After he was delisted by the Blues, he headed to VFA club Prahran. He later played with Port Colts in the WRFL under his father Des who took the side to the premiership in 1998, this team included Ex Nth Melbourne star Matthew Larkins.

Tuddenham was originally recruited from Xavier College.

Tuddenham was not selected for a senior game.
