Game Review
Collingwood were the form side of the competition as the Sectional rounds and finals loomed – indeed, the Magpies would go to claim the 1902 flag. Still, Carlton welcomed this contest at Princes Park, even if the result might have been foreseen.Sure enough, the Blues were given a reality check by the Magpies, who dominated from the first bounce, and restricted the home side to a paltry total of 15 points for the game, leaving Carlton in 6th spot on the ladder with a percentage of 75.7.
