Game Review

Pain, anguish, disappointment...

In front of an enormous crowd of 76,350 at VFL Park, Collingwood crushed Carlton with a rare mixture of skill and pace. Having acknowledged that fact, we prefer to say no more.

The inconsistent Blues fell back to seventh after this round, while Footscray displaced Hawthorn from the top five with a narrow win over Sydney. The top four was Essendon, Collingwood, West Coast and Melbourne.
