Game Review

This game was one of a full round of matches on the King's Birthday Holiday Monday. The Blues met the Same Old at East Melbourne, and were obliterated by 80 points.

Our only consolation afterward was that St Kilda also lost heavily to the top side Collingwood at the Junction Oval, leaving the Saints winless and firmly anchored at the foot of the ladder. Carlton remained seventh, 8 points clear of St Kilda.
