Game Review
Carlton continued on their winning way when they took the points from North Melbourne who have now lost four in a row (incl. 1974 GF) something they have not done since the end of the 1972 season. It was the Blues first win following three losses to North, who managed only 9.12 - their lowest against Carlton in the last five games. They made a great effort in the last quarter to get within 11 points after facing a six goal deficit earlier in the game. - Football Record.
