Game Review

A shocking day for the Blues.

Just beating an ordinary St Kilda outfit, Carlton fans were accused of throwing rocks at the opposition, one of which struck Umpire Beaumont in the face. He was removed from the ground for treatment.

One "fan" was arrested for attacking a boundary umpire and a mob then attacked the police attempting to effect his escape.

A thoroughly unedifying performance.

At the end of this round Carlton were in 4th spot on the ladder with a percentage of 100.0.
