Streeter played 40 games in Navy Blue commencing in Season 1948. He kicked 35 goals for the Blues. He was recruited from North Fitzroy YCW, he came up from the Blues U/19's to senior footy.

Later, Streeter transferred to Oakleigh at the end of 1951.

Former Carlton rover Streeter was reported to be playing with Kyneton in 1955.
