Game Review
The Blues' rovers John Heathcote and Doug Beasy were too classy for the Cats despite roving to a losing ruck. Johnny James was moved to centre-half forward after time and provided an avenue for attack. Len Cottrell in his first game played well.Reliable defender Brian Buckley played forward in this game, and kicked his first career goal in this big win by the Blues over Geelong.
