Stephen Tolley played U/19's football for Carlton from 1971 to 1975, and reserve grade football from 1973 to 1975.
Tolley was recruited from Newlands High School, he would later play with VFA club Coburg. In 1978 Stephen Tolley would head to Coburg in the VFA where he played 22 games and kicked 2 goals with the Lions.
He didn't play a senior game for Carlton.
