Game Review

The Blues trounced the struggling University in this game.

The Students kicked with the aid of the wind in the first quarter. However, in was clear after the first 10 minutes that it was a case of how much the Blues would win by.

At the end of this round Carlton were in 6th spot on the ladder with a percentage of 141.9.

"H. Burleigh (teacher in charge of the Morwell Bridge State School) played his first match with Carlton in League football on Saturday. He kicked two goals and took some splendid marks, the daily papers referring to him as having made a most promising debut." (Morwell and Yinnar Gazette May 15 p2)
