Game Review
Essendon came from behind to storm over Carlton. Rod Galt fumbled a handball over the top in the dying moments which would have given Carlton the lead. Essendon moved to 4th spot, yet it proved to be their last win of the year!!
For those that remember, the TV replay included one of Percy Jones's famous remonstrative performances with the umpires. Jezza, ever the serious man on the field, told him to get on with it!!
