Game Review Revisit Rounds 01

This was a solid win by the Blues, to end the season as minor premiers. But a sour taste was left for the team by the report and subsequent four-match ban handed out to Ron 'Socks' Cooper for striking the Saints' Doug Rayment. That suspension meant that Ron missed out on playing in our 1938 Premiership team.

At the end of this round Carlton were in 1st spot on the ladder with a percentage of 116.1.
