1892 Turner was named in Carlton squads to play pre season games against Carlton Juniors at the Brunswick C. G., against Brunswick, and the "Next 25" both at the University C. G., on April 16, 23 and 30th.

Turner named in Carlton squad to play Collingwood at Victoria Park. This is Collingwood's first game in the V.F.A.
