Melbourne Juniors have disbanded. VJFA is seeking another club to join.No mention of South Melbourne Juniors, perhaps Pembroke is replacing them? South Melbourne Juniors have disbanded.
Pembroke is from the South Melbourne area and will play on the Friendly Societies Ground. Blue and Yellow guernseys.
Murmur Football Club has joined the V.J.F.A. bringing the number to 10 teams. Their colors are Brown and Blue
Murmur was a racehorse that won the 1904 Caulfield Cup on which bookmaker John Wren supposedly won a fortune.
Some of the V.J.F.A. Ladder positions seem incorrect, could be newspaper printing errors.

Gilchrist, Stone and Lovelace played so well for the Combined Juniors against Fitzroy last Saturday that a valuable trio like this is sufficient to give any junior team a big pull over an opposing twenty.
Carlton are fortunate again, in retaining the services of these colts, together with the fleet-footed rover, Smitham; and consequently Secreary Berry is anxiously awaiting to see his much-improved charges in harness again.
Training operations are being supervised by Mr. J. Franks and everything promises to go exceedingly well with Carlton's juniors this season.
Their president Mr. J. R. Mills has been elelcted to a similar position on the association, with Messrs, Berry and Franks as their delelgates.
