Game Review

Revisit Rounds 01
On a day when a new embankment was opened at Princes Park, Fitzroy kept their unbeaten run intact with this emphatic win. The Blues couldn’t hold the Maroon forwards, who were given a constant supply of the football by their star rover Percy Trotter. Carlton's Bill McNamara had his nose broken and left the field for five minutes, but returned to kick a goal and do all that he could to inspire the Blues.
